operate the business according to the terms of a franchise agreement

or contract.

The franchisor usually provides the franchisee with supports and

helps to run the franchising business under the term of agreement

that include using the same brand name.

In exchange, the franchisee usually pays the franchisor franchise

fee and a royalty for the use of the trade name and operating methods.

The franchisee gets a complete system for delivering the product

or service and for doing business, under the same brand name.

It’s the system that produces consistency that is the foundation for
